Wednesday - India Transform Your Core
'Transform Your Core' is a dynamic, progressive Pilates program designed to sculpt, tone and strengthen your core, week by week. Each session builds on the last, introducing layered movements that challenge you to grow stronger & create deep strength and core stability.
I will be blending classic Pilates principles with targeted strength training to enhance muscle tone for visible results, improve posture, and boost overall endurance—while naturally incorporating subtle elements of pelvic floor awareness for extra support.
I created this class because it’s the exact program I’ve been craving for myself! - a thoughtful fusion of mindful movement and empowering strength, and I know so many of you are right there craving this type of movement with me!
LEVELS:
This class is an All Levels class, however previous fitness experience (of any sort such as other fitness/gym classes) is helpful!
